也難怪炸甜甜圈店死於租太貴。原來大埔的地舖租金可以那麼貴。

    敝區的小商場，人流不多，小店面積不足一百呎，卻可以索價月租$9800！！！

    看來這間「公園仔」租金尚算可以吧？

    悟樂，也難怪食肆的成本都去了租金餐。

    nikita，唔，再想想一流旺的地舖可以叫價十幾萬，的確可能是合理市價了。
