從不知那一天開始，香港的路牌漸漸改成圖中這種款式。左右兩邊加了門牌號數，讓尋訪者知道應該是往前走還是需要折返，又可從單雙數知道自己是否需要過馬路對面。我想找個經濟學家來算算香港一年可以減少甚至避免多少摸錯路所帶來的時間／金錢損失。

此舉細眉細眼，決策者（議員？官員？）想出點子也邀不到甚麼功勞，卻很容易得罪會多了麻煩的執行者（公僕？），然而今天改革卻能成事，豈不教人感動。

今天的為政者父母官如能少點宮廷鬥爭，多行這類細眉細眼的德政，香港明天會更好。

    那天該是2004年年底某天。報章有報導過此事，用意就是減少大家摸門釘的機會。
