銅鑼灣三越後面至利園一帶已變得愈來愈有格，以前唐樓林立，但現在已靜靜起革命，情況有如當日隔數條街的時代廣場。

圖中這棟唐樓已交吉，整棟掃了白色，相信會有新攪作。

同事A說Agnes b不應搬入利園，如果進駐這棟唐樓，會更有feel。同事B說應該趁現在買入這地段的舖位，等待升值。

    我都覺得Agnes b唔應該係利園,不過我知道因為Agnes b的headoffice係樓上,所以近近地都要開多間shop,同埋要坎下high fashion路線~

    如果你講緊這座唐樓可以做到Fringe Club一樣feel, 咁都幾好喎~
