雷的玉子燒

粉雷雷的撚手菜是玉子燒。早前她自己也介紹過了。

周未約了滴滴金母后、肥爸和雷來看貓兼玩Wii，還有就是找雷教我做玉子燒。

做玉子燒，要有這個長方形的小鑊。雷帶來了做上湯的柴魚粉，玉子燒比我想像中容易做成，不過要做的好吃，則要有心機耐性，是易學難精的一道菜。

雷示範做了一條，我馬上也依樣葫蘆的做一條，看起來也合格吧。

其實真係好易整，被你踢爆了
不過兩隻蛋先係整得幾舊，大少了

易做成，卻不易做好呀。我星期日晚做的，就有點失準了，我自己開的柴魚上湯就過濃，結果味道有點怪。

PS. 我在背上那兩個拔罐印，到星期日才顯現出來。
