粉雷雷的撚手菜是玉子燒。早前她自己也介紹過了。
周未約了滴滴金母后、肥爸和雷來看貓兼玩Wii,還有就是找雷教我做玉子燒。
做玉子燒,要有這個長方形的小鑊。雷帶來了做上湯的柴魚粉,玉子燒比我想像中容易做成,不過要做的好吃,則要有心機耐性,是易學難精的一道菜。
雷示範做了一條,我馬上也依樣葫蘆的做一條,看起來也合格吧。
其實真係好易整,被你踢爆了 不過兩隻蛋先係整得幾舊,大少了
易做成,卻不易做好呀。我星期日晚做的,就有點失準了,我自己開的柴魚上湯就過濃,結果味道有點怪。
PS. 我在背上那兩個拔罐印,到星期日才顯現出來。
