Unfortunately, for whatever reason, a lot of places don't implement that. (Not enough room for one single line? distinct services? Don't think so). With multiple servers and multiple lines, it's almost inevitable that one feels like he's in the wrong line, it raises blood pressure and resentment unnecessarily.
